How do I get my money back from Apple? They pay the bill that I have canceled.

I canceled soon fasting Apple Pay paid it anyway so how do I get my money back? I can’t find a telephone number to call the company and I didn’t sign up. I just download the app. I’m 69 years old so I don’t know too much about the phones. Can someone help me?
