How to retrieve deleted photos and videos without backup
My phone is lost and I deleted all my data such as videos and photos through my other phone and I had not backed it up. Now I want my data.

Why have you deleted your data?
If the phone is lost, then no one can open your data if it is password protected and logged in to your apple ID. you can remotely erase the other device too.
but since you have deleted the data, now there isn't any chance to retrieve
