E.g instagram dms not popping up while anything else does

When I use instagram on safari I can look at peoples post story’s everything you normally could but when I click on the messages it keeps saying could not reload it’s been doing it for two days I’ve tuned off my phone multiple times refreshed it plenty of times but nothing is working what do I do?

Instagram jumps to a different post When a friend texts me a link to an Instagram post and I follow the link, the video will start to play and then after 1-2 it will jump to a different, unrelated, post. I can use the back arrow to get back to the original post, but it's annoying to do that all the time. Is there a way to stop it from jumping?
