The First Generation Watch SE does not support Fast Charging. Therefore use the 5W apple charger and an Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable with USB connector (not USB-C).
You can use the 5w Apple oem charger for your Apple Watch ⌚️ or 20w usb-c if your Apple Watch ⌚️ supported , go to apple.com/store/
Would a 15w charger work cause I have a anker one this one https://www.anker.com/uk/products/a2637?variant=41992984658084&collections_chargers=undefined&Sort_by=Recommended I just don’t want to ruin my battery health
You can try it and check occasionally to ensure the charging puck and the watch aren't getting too warm.
Apple devices are designed to request the amount of charge they need from the charger.
