Is there a way to set up a pen finder on my iMac Pro?

As far as I know, there is no Apple Pen for Macs, only for iPad.

The linked ("Similar questions") article suggests that there's no technical way to find an Apple Pencil for the iPad. I suppose it would be possible to create some sort of holder to strap an AirTag to an Apple Pencil, although I suspect that this would be inconvenient enough that nobody would actually build or use such a holder.
