Maps Can't Find My Contact Card

When I open my Contacts app, my personal info is correctly saved as "My Card".

• When I open Maps, under Favorites, there are the Home and Work icons that I should be able to tap to route me home or to work.
• However, under each icon, it says "Add", for me to add the address for my home or work.
• So, I tap the Home icon, a screen opens that says "Set up Contact Card", and at the bottom of the screen there's a big blue button that says "Open My Contact Card".
• I tap "Open My Contact Card"
• It gives me the options to "Create a new one" or "Choose an existing one"
• I tap "Choose an existing one"
• I scroll down my contacts to my name, where it says "me" on the right side, and select my name
• It takes me back to the Maps home screen, the Home and Work icons still say "Add" underneath them, no addresses have been saved
• I've gone through this cycle multiple times and Maps can't/won't find or save my info.

My iOS is up to date, so don't tell me to update my software.

What do I do?
