I can’t restore an app purchase after i changed the email address on my apple id
I bought an app (not a subscription) several years ago and haven’t had it on my phone for a while. During that time I changed the email address associated with my Apple ID. I wanted to use the app today and downloaded it. The app is now subscription based and doesn’t show on my list of purchased app from the first time I bought it. This doesn’t seem right. I bought it outright and now my purchase disappeared either when I changed my email address or when they switched to subscription based. How do I address this?
