Using iPhone 15. For the last several days, when I'm on a call, I can't hear what the other person is saying. They can hear me. This is intermittent. It happens whether I'm using a headset or not.

Start here:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
If no help, the sound may be going to the wrong destination. Try this:
Swipe down from the top right portion of the screen to open the Control Center and in the top right will be the music/audio controls. Press the little down-arrow in the upper right and select the sound destination (it is not as hard as it seems).
