Streaming or watching CNN on AppleTV with max

I would like to watch CNN on my AppleTV, now I can see CNN international om my TV at home in Belgium, but I travel a lot to Paris and Italy where I can’t see it, but last night I saw on CNN and heard: watch or stream owner live coverage on max. Is it HBO max or CNN max that I saw somewhere and is it available in Europe, I have a CNN app that I can read on but not watching or listening, only in the US and Canada. But this CNN max seems to me something new, because I see CNN every day and it’s only the last two weeks that it appears on my screen. But looking for max, you find only HBO/max/TYT or something and when you download the app it’s telling you: HBO is coming soon, but is it the right app. Somewhere else I saw CNN max, but it seems not to be an app on its own, is it concluded in the HBO max app ? It’s so confusing for me, who can help me out ?
