I forgot what email i was using for my iPad

I forgot what email i was using when i first bought my iPad (cuz I’m using different one for my iPhone and Apple Watch)and now i’m trying to open my iPad but idk what’s the email that was used for the first set up- the email shown only started with the first letter then *** what should I do ? Please help
