Cannot turnoff my find my iPhone option
Trying to purchase a new phone and cannot turnoff the “find my iPhone” option. Please assist

I have to assume you're trying to turn off "Find My iPhone" not on a new iPhone, but one you already own.
Settings > [your Apple ID] > Find My > Find My iPhone = "off".
