Itunes is stuck on playlist screen and I cannot get back to main screen.
How do i get itunes back to main screen? I have not done anything different - its a software problem, why? and how do I fix it? TIA
If your iTunes programme is stuck, you can use the Windows command to close it. Tap the Ctrl, Alt and Del (delete) keys at the same time, to open a menu from which you can then open the Task Manager. In Task Manager, look on the Processes tab, select ITunes and then tap the End Task button.
If that doesn't work, restart your computer.
Once you've successfully restarted iTunes, check to find out which version of iTunes you have. Look in iTunes' Help/About iTunes menu. This is to check whether you have the latest version. Let us know how you get on.
