Pdf file sharing with window laptop

Hello, please can someone kindly tell me how to move pdf files from ipad 9th gen to window laptop. I have many pdf sorted in folders under File app. But when I connect to ipad via itunes, it showed pdf reader app (like Goodreader, PDF Expert) and corresponding files. I don't want to move all the files to pdf reader app folders. Is there any way I could search pdf files under File app. Or is there any app that can move from ipad to window laptop? Thank you.

To synchronise or transfer files directly between iPad and a Windows PC, consider using iTunes for Windows - or the more recent Apple Devices App:

Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support

Apple Devices App (Windows PC):

If you simply wish to exchange files and photos with the iPad from the Windows PC, you might instead consider using iCloud for Windows. When signed-in with the same AppleID, you can simply use iCloud to exchange or synchronise files:

iCloud for Windows

Download iCloud for Windows – Apple Support

Set up and use iCloud for Windows – Apple Support

You can install and use both on the PC. They will happily coexist - and provide considerable flexibility in how you move/share/transfer photos and other documents and data between iPad, iPhone and your PC.

You might also consider copying/moving files using USB storage. For an iPad with a Lightning connector, you’ll require an Apple Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter:

Here are some methods for transferring PDFs from iPad to Windows.

1.Email or cloud storage services: If you only need to transfer a few PDFs and they are not too large, you can simply email them to yourself from your iPad and then download them on your laptop.

Alternatively, you can use other cloud storage services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. Simply upload your

files or folders to the service from your iPad and then log into your account on your Windows laptop to download them.

2.Use iCloud drive: First, please make sure you have enabled iCloud on your iPad. Please go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and toggle on iCloud Drive.

Then, please place the PDFs you want to transfer into the iCloud Drive folder in the Files app on your iPad.

Now you can move to your Windows laptop. Download and install iCloud for Windows. You can click the link below to download it from the Microsoft Store.

After installing, please sign in with your Apple ID and choose to sync with iCloud Drive.

You can then access your iCloud drive on your laptop, where you'll find the PDFs that you placed there from your iPad. You can click on View in File Explorer to directly open the folder.
