Unable to download apps because of the billing issue
it won’t let me download any apps because of this billing problem I did everything to get rid of it i even deleted apps and put my credit card

Checking Revoked Charges:
Deleting apps would do nothing. So, contact your credit card company, seeing if you need to get this to go through. Sometimes, an unfamiliar charge is seen by your bank, and they revoke the card's use. So, contact your bank, letting them know that this ok to be forwarded with.
