then I recharge the battery
and my previouse When Timer Ends is reset back to Radial(defult)

How do I make Classic>Constellation the default so this doesn’t happen when the battery
goes to 0%?

Begin with a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:

Timer keeps reverting back to the default radial ios 17.4.1
