iPhone 15 Pro Max unable to sync with iTunes on iOS 17.4.1

iTunes (Win10) is saying there is an update for my 15 PM, being 17.4.1, but I am already on 17.4.1 and it won’t actually sync (had no syncing issues prior). My iPad is still on 17.4 and syncs perfectly fine. Assuming this is an iOS issue, is anyone else running into this problem or am I the only one still using iTunes?
