My MacOS TV App won't Auto-Play Next TV Show Episodes purchased from iTunes

When I watch TV Shows (purchased from iTunes) on the MacOS TV App, the Full Screen view closes out and returns to the TV App open on my Desktop at the end of each episode. I would prefer for the next episode in the series to automatically play. Any ideas on what settings I might need to change?

Context:

I always select the Episodes from Home > Up Next.

In TV > Settings > General I have "Auto-Play Next Video" enabled.

My Mac is up to date (macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 on a MacBook Pro 14-inch 2021 M1 Pro).

This problem does not happen when I watch TV Shows purchased from iTunes on any of my Apple TV devices.

Troubleshooting Steps:

I have tried force-quitting the app, and restarting the computer so far. I am open to any and all suggestions.
