My iPhone 7 Plus says "iPhone Unavailable"
I have an iphone 7 Plus and currently i have 13 pro max , i cant re open the 7 plus and its unavailable now
it does not contain an i cloud i think

If your iPhone is unavailable you'll need to erase it in order to get access to it I am afraid.. see this link for further reference
If you forgot your iPhone passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support
