Go to System Settings > General > Storage This will show you what is taking up the most memory and therefore what you could delete - or move temporarily to external storage - to free up enough space. Note that you can't do anything about the macOS and System Data entries.

I would suggest that it is now time to purchase and install an external disk. Then you can copy sufficient files over to the external disk. Next, those files can be deleted from your Mac's hard drive to claim needed storage. Problem solved.
Have you already deleted local snapshots created by Time Machine?
