Apple Lossless support via Airplay2 to Eve Play

The Eve Play device supports Airplay2 and has a much higher bitrate DAC, that supports lossless audio files bitrate. Does the Apple Music apps on the iPhone, iPad and AppleTV now support transferring lossless songs to a device like this? I have used AirPort Express and AppleTV airplay, but would like to play the higher bit rate songs, but I don’t think the DACS on those apple devices support the required bit rate.
