Hello~ No… downgrading is not supported. Perhaps you can post some technical details about the issues you are having and we can help?

First stuck with updating the apple watch. Now needed a recovery from an earlier backup and setting a new password for my devices. I hope they are investigating what happened with the latest updates. I.m.o, terrible
You have provided no details.
Many millions of users have updated with no issues.
If there were a major or significant issue with the last update, this support site would be flooded with posts and the topic would be appearing on the evening news on major networks.
None of this has happened.
Even if Apple released an update that did absolutely nothing except restart the iPhone, there would be posts appearing from users claiming that "the last update broke my phone".
Technical details….17.4.1 is causing huge problems worldwide…Apple need to own this and issue a fix or enable an update undo so that people can go about their business in peace and quiet.
I am afraid there are too many. Losing data, setting new passwords and restore an old backup was needed for my devices
Hello once more~ I myself have had no issues and hope that all goes well for you. Take care.
