How do I stop TV App sports notifications on my watch?

I want the live updates on my phone but I want no notifications on my watch.

I've already toggled off "TV" from the "Mirror iPhone alerts" settings.

Disable Live Activity Notifications on Apple Watch I use the Live Activity on my iPhone - basically for following sports scores - but I want to stop the notifications from going to my Apple Watch and I don't want to turn off Live Activities all together. (They are cool on the iPhone - annoying on the Watch IMHO.) How do I disable Game Center notifications on my apple watch? I play one game on my iPhone that uses Game Center called Five-0 and it has no option in notifications on my Apple Watch Ultra to disable the notifications for it. It's super annoying. Anyone have any ideas as to how to turn off Game Center on the Watch?

Disable Apple Watch Update Notifications I do not like the looks or changes made to watchOS 10, so I am still using 9. I get daily notifications to update, but have no plans to. Is there a way to disable this constant pop up?
