Icloud photos not syncing with enough storage. I'm having an issue with my Iphone 11. My photos aren't syncing to the cloud and my storage stays the same. I just purchased 50gb's of extra storage but I don't notice a change in the amount of space I have. can’t sync photos to iCloud i just purchased 2TB iCloud Storage, but i can’t sync my photos to iCloud cause “Not Enough iPhone Storage”, how to fix it? cause i thought that if i have more storage on iCloud, i can automatically move all my photos to iCloud

ICloud won't sync without forcing me to upgrade when I've deleted over 25,000 photos, please help. My I Cloud will not sync because it says my data is full so I deleted over 25,000 photos but it did not sync with my icloud and now it's telling me I must upgrade my data for it to sync even though it is not full but the service won't work. I do not want to pay 10 dollars for the service I already pay for to sync properly, please help. I also do not want to lose the new 4,000 photos I have added since then but forcing me to redelete 25,000 photos is just ridiculous.
