Uploading a screenshot to FB

I would take a screenshot of something, crop it and then click on ‘send to’ icon. It then it gives you options to send in a message, email or upload to social media apps. I did this all the time and upload to my FB timeline. Then I deleted the screenshot so it doesn’t save to my photos. But lately (in 2024) it will only let me upload to FB stories. The only way I can post to my feed is to save the cropped screenshot to my photos and go to FB and upload from there.

How do I get that option back or did FB take away this option?
