How to fix iPhone not connecting to Cellular Data?

are there known issues with iphine connectivity - I have found in recent days that my iphone will not connect via cellular/mobile data, but only connects when on wi-fi. I had contacted Apple Support who suggested a network reset which did work for a very short while but consistently is not connecting when I am out of wi-fi range. I had just updated to 17.4.1 so not sure if related. Thanks
