Non-purchased music(Mp3 musics) disappeared after iCloud syncing

After syncing my new Iphone 13 Pro max to old Iphone x all documents and data was successfully transferred, but all of my nom-purchased downloaded music was not available at first it only says (not available for this region) and in some time all of the musics were gone and only playlists were there. Not to mention all of my musics are still available and intact from my old Iphone X but somehow on my new phone it wont show up.
