Libre 3 - will not do initial scan

I’ve been using the Freestyle Libre CGM for over a year. About a month ago the app just stopped scanning the Libre 1. My doc updated my prescription to a Libre 3 but it still will not work. It’s clearly a Bluetooth issue on my phone because it works on my husband’s phone. Any idea how to fix this? This is not an app issue. This is an iPhone SE issue.

When you read the write up by App developer on these app, none of these apps show compatibility with the iOS Health App.

At the same time the Blood Glucose Section in the Health shows few Apps and Freestyle Libre is not one of them.



Probably you are using third-party apps and/or a third-party device.
