Restoring form a Backup:

A restoration is likely not to fix this. But, being the iOS is software, along with the SIM card info, if might work. Did you ever create a back up your iPhone? If so, backup for iPhone, and then restore your iPhone from the older backup. Note that it would have to be of the same iOS that is already installed.

You need to contact your carrier to get a new eSIM
