Hello, I would like to ask, regarding iMessage I was sending messages to a friend outside my country we had no problem with it, apparently, he is now in another country for a week, and suddenly my message has not been delivered but the message is blue, not green. Also, I haven't received a message from him after onboarding a plane. what does it mean? can someone enlighten me about this?

Why not call said person since they are traveling out of the country and ask if they have received your message.
