Saving iCloud videos to pc

I can successfully download the videos and the resolution is perfect quality, however when I download a video from iCloud web browser to pc, the audio shifts slightly so that the video and the audio does not match the same picture perfectly no matter what how much I try with different videos, any solution to this? Thanks.
