This icon got installed on my iPhone 15 on its own !
I deleted all my cookies and cleared all browsing data all time !
suddenly today this gets installed on its own as I started using brave as a browser !
Help I don’t want this icon there!

You delete it like you delete any app.
Press and hold on it the menu appears, tap on Remove App, then on Delete App.

Apps can't magically be installed on their own, something had to happen for it to get installed. If you share an Apple ID with anyone, apps they install may be automatically installed on your devices if you have automatic downloads turned in Settings ➜ Apps

If your device is managed by a corporate or school IT department they may push apps to it via the MDM solution such as the Chrome Enterprise app.
Otherwise, as mentioned earlier, check if you are sharing an Apple ID, and have Automatic Downloads turned on for Apps.

Do you have a corporate profile installed on your phone?
If so, talk to your IT department about it.
