I am unable to see my health or fitness data on my MacBook

I did a search here but couldn't find any clear answers.

Such questions have been around since three years ago. Is no one responding from Apple support team?

Apple's greatest strength is providing the ecosystem between devices and our data on them.

This means that there is still a lot to be done, including the most basic issues.
