Importing CD into Music the error message... 'Error occurred while converting the file “CD Title”. An unknown error occurred (-54).' appears. It has to be permissions related as I can import CD's on other users accounts on the mac. I just can't work out what permissions I need to amend. Help please!??

Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Music and make sure “Removable Volumes” is on. This works for macOS Sonoma; I’m not sure it would on macOS 12.7, as you indicate using.
