Would like to turn off email notifications when apps are downloaded on apple ID.

On work devices we use a generic email box for this apple ID for testing etc these accounts sign into this appleID. Because so many people ( especially non Apple people or PC users get these emails forwarded from this email ID) get these emails we would like to turn off the emails that go to the apple ID email saying a app was downloaded. How can I turn this off?

All of my Mail.app emails now say "TO" is there a way to turn this off? Just started yesterday. Very annoying. Obviously emails sitting in my inbox were addressed TO me! Also affecting other mailboxes.

Where can I locate emails generated through Hide My Email? When signing up for a new site my keyboard may suggest me random @icloud.com emails to create a password with so that I can log in. My issue is that I have wrongly purchased a subscription on one of these sites and now I cannot locate where I get emails from, for that email address. directions to find that @icloud.com address on my phone will be much appreciated.
