Moving selected rows of data in numbers

When using a spread sheet in Numbers, how do I take a series of contiguous rows and move them up or down in a spread sheet without having to scroll and scroll on a touch pad? (i.e. moving rows 3,4,5, down to become rows 126,127,128)

what if the rows are not contiguous (i.e. I want rows 1,2,3,7,9 to become rows 152,153,154,158,160?)

or if I just want to jump from row 5 to row 50 out of spread sheet with 75 rows?
