iPad Pro 10.5 won’t charge

My iPad Pro 10.5 has suddenly stopped charging. Running iOS 17.4.1. I’m using the original Apple power adapter and cable that came with the device. I’ve tried different adapters and cables. Tried rebooting and powering off the device for a while. To make things worse I’m currently traveling out of the country and was relying on my iPad for entertainment and news. Any tips for bringing my iPad back to life?
