What could be the cause and Remedy for Diagnostic Codes: PPF001 PPF003 PPF004

For the last few months my M1Pro MBP has made a sound like a fan trying to turn on and then a beep every 5 to 6 seconds after the machine gets warm. I just ran diagnostic and it came back with these error codes: PPF001

PPF003

PPF004

Does anyone know what they are and is there a remedy outside of replacing the system board?
