iPhone hacked message

iPhone - Was messaging a person on Vinted when a pop up appeared explaining I had been hacked, I know IOS was in the message but foolishly i panicked and didn’t take a screen shot, just turned the phone off. I know it’s a long shot but could someone help? I’m sure I didn’t press anything but a website was opened (how this is possible I don’t know) website name gideongish, although just a blank web page, this is when I turned my phone off. My browsing history shows “System Notifications gideongish landers ios_b jl fl_ngl_noal…..” with various / throughout. Really worried as I have no idea whether I had pressed a link and what it could mean to my phone. Have changed passwords and only just read to turn my router off. Help please 🙏
