Purchased a Epson ET15000 printer last week. Was unable to install Epson's s/w download. Consistently failed to download. Epson tech support claimed since my Mac was old the S/w was incompatible. Ended up
returning the printer. Anyone have this experience?
Unbelievable....thank you. As explained in my post, tried downloading the ET15000 drivers
multiple times from Epson Support site. Epson said my Mac was old thats why downloads would
not process. How is it possible Epson Tech Support wouldn't know of the link you provided. Sadly
I took the printer back to UPS today for return to Staples. Amazing....

Exact same Download processes perfectly from EPSON.EU Support website as advised by OldGoat67. Not sure what else you possibly can need to understand the issue, hence my frustration before returning that ET15000.
I think I can provide an answer. When you download a printer's print driver software, what you download and install must be a version that works with the installed operating system. Generally, such downloads are clearly presented as which operating systems they work with. The wrong one may or may not work.
I’m fully aware of need to select sw version. I did exactly that!!! Selected Mac version 10.15.x which is the Catalina version I have. Download does Not Work!!!! Previous response from Oldgoats67 gave enlightenment to this issue. Problem not there using Epson.Eu website. European version.

Without something specific to evaluate it is not possible to evaluate and respond. Could you please tell us specifically happens when you attempt the download? Do you receive a message or what?
