Apple Watch Reminders Going Off On iPhone, Not Apple Watch

Hello,

I Forget a lot of things all the time. That is why I have apple reminders on my watch and iPhone. If you were to look at my screen time history, you would see that reminders would be the most used.

But… there is a problem. I set a reminder on my Apple Watch, and when it needs to remind me, to goes off on my iPhone! This is annoying because it isn’t common to find my iPhone in my pocket unless I am out of the house. Everything else works fine, it’s just the reminders I need help on.

Could someone please help me stop this? I need this to work!
