I have forgot my password and When I'm trying to reset it from iforgot website, it says
"This Apple ID is not active." so I can't do anything beyond.
Please help me with this as I want to reset my password soon.

If your Apple ID is not active there is something going on that cannot be fixed at your end. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue
For as far as I know, apple won't provide support over twitter no more
You can get support by phone, see this link for the appropriate phone numbers on how to contact apple support by phone, you won't need an active Apple ID to contact them by phone

But I don't know how to contact them as I can't logged in with that account, on their support site, it seems they have only guides on how to do things, but do not have a way to contact them.
I tried sending a Twitter message to them, but they are not responsive.
