How to make the call register to show only mobile calls and not app calls?

I need to make my call register to show me only the calls that are coming trough the mobile line and not apps(whatsapp, messenger, facetime etc.) All of them are shown at the call register, but that doesn't work for me, i want to see only calls from the mobile number and not from apps. Is there any way to change it?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Alternative Solutions:

While there's no perfect solution to filter the call register itself, here are some workarounds that might help you manage your call history:

Separate App Interfaces: Most calling apps like WhatsApp or Messenger have their own separate call logs within their app interfaces. You can access these call logs within the respective apps to see calls made specifically through those platforms.

Starred Calls: Use the "Starred Calls" feature on your phone. Star important mobile calls you receive or make so they're easily accessible and separate from the general call history.

Carrier Statements: Some mobile carriers might offer detailed call logs on their online portals or statements. These logs might differentiate between cellular calls and app calls, but it depends on the specific carrier and their services.
