Refund not Received yet. Tried contacting the customer support through email and skype but didn't come useful. The bank is asking for Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to track the transaction and help me furthermore. can you help me get that?

Who is the merchant? Is the merchant Apple? The merchant might be able to provide the ARN. Depending on the merchant, the ARN might be assigned by a Merchant Services company. It really depends on the merchant.
