Email from same sender get old information

I've been seing this for quite a while on my personal outlook account.

It's noticed, so far, with one sender, but I never have a real information content.

Ex:

New e-mail from sender: alien@postcard.wvr

Subject at this time: "New information"

Message at this time: " blablabla New information etc.etc.etc."

Old e-mail from this same sender: alien@postcard.wvr

Old Subject: "Old information"

Old Message: " oldoldold outdated information oldoldold"

And the new message gets in but with the old content. With this sender in particular I've noticed because it is real important and I have to process on the PC. In the PC the content is refreshed.

Do you know if this is a bug or if a setting, like Mail app cache clean, if possible, can solve this?
