Hi Richie, Jacob here. I can see by your metadata that you are using an iPhone 6 Plus that is running iOS 12. Your query, from what I can understand relates to an Apps minimum supported Operating System version. That's the minimum version of iOS that app will run on. This figure is set by the developer based off of the feature set of their App, not by Apple Directly. However, Apple control the Latest OS version the device supports, for an iPhone 6 Plus, that's iOS 12.5.6. This subsequently means that you're only able to run apps that have a minimum supported Operating System version of 12.5.6 or earlier.
