Apple Music Web Player not working properly.

Apple Music Web Player only shuffles through the songs beginning with A and a few in B, I cannot get it to do the whole collection of music. I cannot use iTunes at work, so I use the web player. It used to work but now it does not. This does not occur on my iPhone. i have tried different browsers but that makes no difference. What gives?
