iPhone 12 freezing video

My phone constantly freezes on videos. Happens on Facebook Instagram and tik tok. I have 104gb free of memory. I have excellent internet, happens on Verizon LTE, 5g, and Comcast WiFi 2.4 and wifi 5g. My internet speeds are 1.8g with Comcast. My freind can sit next to me on his Samsung on AT&T and stream the exact same video without any problems. Happened on my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 8 it’s getting to the point I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
