Rome Apple Store

Hi, I had occasion to need to visit the Apple Store in Rome(Italy) due to temporarily loosing all my charging cables( eventually got everything back due to the fantastic customer service of “Trenitalia”) My brand new iPhone 15Pro Max, watch and wife’s iPhone 13, watch and iPads were down to their last legs. Fortunately I was within short walking distance to the Apple Store in Rome. Very easy to find, seeing the Apple sign was a nice beacon of familiarity. Beautiful building too, like museum beautiful. An employee approached me and was extremely helpful and nice. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but he was fantastic. I bought the cords I needed, and even a little Mophie battery, and was on my way, charging my phone, within minutes. We needed the phones for navigation, so we were back in business. I wasn’t sure where to send a compliment, I’m hoping this works. Just another reason we’ve switched everything over to Apple. BTW, Apple Pay with the iPhone wallet was seamless wherever we went in Italy. From gelato and leather shops in Florence, train tickets on the fly, to drinks stands,The Apple Store and taxis in Rome. Amazing. Thanks. 👍🏻
