Sharing i cloud with two separate phones

My wife and I both have 13 max phones. We share an apple id. For some reason much of our information is becoming mixed. I am receiving some of her text messages and for some reason she was not able to face time our daughter which she has done many times before. What's going on and how do we resolve this issue?

Don't use the same Apple id, one of you will need to get a different one Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
