In this forum when I click my "picture" and then select "My Subscriptions" it only shows me the one or two of my questions that have recent activity. How can I see all of my questions without having to search for them via my username?

When I search for your user name, I see that the three posts I can see on your subscriptions page are the recent ones and the others are older (some of them quite old!). A while back, I think it may have been when the forums switched from Jive, a third party platform, to Apple's own platform, we stopped seeing older subscriptions. It has been noted. And complained about by many.
So, no, you can't see the older ones on your Subscription page. Sorry it's not better news.

There is a temporary limit of 7 days on how far back Subscriptions go; it was put in place as part of forum software maintenance. The PTB say it really is temporary.
You can try tapping on "Filter" and then selecting "Participated". That will sometimes bring up more. However, searching by your username is still going to bring up the most.
